Waupun Utilities’ voluntary contribution program allows customers to donate money for the Public Benefits/Low Income Assistance Program.

Contributions are accepted any time and may be included with your electric bill. For customers who wish to contribute to the voluntary contributions program on a regular basis, Waupun Utilities will automatically add any amount you wish to contribute to your monthly electrical bill.
