Welcome to Waupun! We’re pleased to be your utility provider.
To establish service, visit our office at 817 S. Madison Street, Waupun. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Residential Service
Complete the New Residential Service form or contact our office at 920-324-7920. A valid driver’s license or other form of photo identification is required when establishing new service.
Business Service
Complete the New Business Service form for setting up a business account.
New Construction or Upgrade of Service
For new construction or an upgrade to an existing service, complete the appropriate Electric Service Application and/or Water Service Application. Completed applications may be returned to our office, emailed to waupunutilities@waupunutilities.org, or faxed to 920-324-7922.
Please also contact Waupun City Hall at 920-324-7900 to determine whether a building permit is required. Required inspections must be completed by the Building Inspector before utility service can be connected.
Update Contact Information
Keep your information current so you receive important billing and service notifications. Use the Update Contact Information form to update your phone number, email address, or other contact information.
Change Mailing Address
Need your utility bill mailed somewhere other than your service address?
Complete the Change of Address form or contact our office at 920-324-7920.
Transfer Service
Moving to another address within the Waupun Utilities service area?
Existing residential customers can complete the Transfer Service form or contact our office at 920-324-7920 to transfer service to the new address.
Terminate Service
Moving out or no longer need utility service at your address?
Complete the Request to Discontinue Service form or call 920-324-7920 and provide the date you would like service terminated.
Report Street Light Outage
Help us keep Waupun’s streets safe and well lit.
If you notice a city street light that is out or not working properly, submit the Street Light Outage form. Waupun Utilities will investigate and make any necessary repairs.
Customer Authorization Release Form
Waupun Utilities cannot release account information to individuals or companies that are not listed on the utility account without authorization from the account holder.
If you would like to authorize another person or company to obtain information about your account, complete the Customer Authorization Release Form and return it to waupunutilities@waupunutilities.org.
