Customer Service Representative


Waupun Utilities is a community-owned utility that has been serving the community of Waupun for 130 years. We take pride in being a part of our hometown and our ability to provide safe and reliable services to our customers and community.

Waupun Utilities is looking for an energetic, innovative and detail-orientated individual, who strives to deliver excellent customer service, enjoys managing multiple projects, has exceptional communication skills and enjoys working together as a team.

This position ensures accurate and timely customer maintenance, collection, receipting, reporting, and backup of billing and accounts payable duties. A two-year degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and/or 2-4 years office experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members while promoting and encouraging a positive and collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database programs, and general office equipment is required.
